This is the worst subaru dealership in the area. The sales manager took 1.5hrs to give me pricing on a vehicle then gives me a price higher than the vehicle price they advertised online. The sales manager also wouldn't even let me test drive the vehicle stating we needed to come to an agreement on number first, then proceeded to test drive my vehicle to determine a trade in value. Absolutely no respect for time or the customer experience. Stay clear and head to one of the other subaru dealerships near Nashville.
SERVICE IS VERY SLOW, DON'T RECOMMEND! Scheduled a apt at 945 am and car didn't move for 2 hours .sitting in lobby waiting. I scheduled to have a cvt transmission fluid change, which would take two hours max,i figured i could take 4 hours off work to have pleanty of time so with car still in line at 1145 am. Not sure if vehicle would get done by 5pm. IF YOU TAKE APT AND KNOW PEOPLE ARE WAITING IN LOBBY , let them know after a hour , makes it look like you are not aware of customers time, plain awful service , i wont recommend this dealership , unless you can drop off , stay away from here , no comment on quality of service . , never made it that far Regards Droberts

5-stars for Subaru of Gallatin! I purchased my very first vehicle through them a couple of days ago and it was a fantastic experience. My salesman John Peterson was so nice, helpful and really took the time to get me the deal and car I had been wanting for so long! The rest of the team was just as helpful. Made an appointment earlier in the day to look at a Nissan Rogue. Got there waited 20 minutes just to be told it wasnt there. Awful execution for a dealership. I currently work at one and we would never operate like this.
