They diagnosed that Jeep Patriot needed new fuel tank and fuel pump. It also needed diagnostic on "check engine" light. Even though I made appointment days in advance, they did not order the parts so it needed an overnight to get parts from L.A. - be ready Saturday. But Saturday came and went with no call. Sunday and Monday also went with no call. Tuesday I called and was told that tank and pump were done but diagnostic said it needed two O2 sensors. Were they ever going to tell me? Wednesday no call. Thursday I called after 2 hour wait for call back, was told they were working on it now. I like the repairs. Have to live with the price. But would appreciate a bit of customer service.

I bring my vehicle to the dealership for oil changes only. The reason is because the dealership normally checks fluid levels, tops off fluid levels and for many trucks the technician looks for lube points and lives the lubable points of a vehicle. This dealership has failed to lube my truck every time I have brought it in for the oil change (otherwise known as LOF- lube oil filter). They attempted to say that they checked my brake pads but never took my wheels off my truck (unable to look through my rims while on truck). I guess I should be happy that the oil change was performed. The truck is a 6.7 Cummins and takes a ton of oil. Oil change price is what is expected as any other establishment would charge. I am disappointed that the tire rotation and lube jobs are never done at the establishment. Apparently they dont care about safety of their customers.

I will never come back to premier Dodge for any work to be done on my truck. I have brought up every single thing that was looked at on my truck this in the past, and I was always told they could not find anything. And now that I am not under warranty anymore, now you find the problem. The last oil change that I got there their tires were not rotated and all of my fluids were not topped off. Even though I asked for the tires to be rotated. I'm done. I will take all of the suggestions that you asked to be done on my truck to somewhere else or to another Dodge dealer but I will not deal with premier Dodge anymore. Worst place to have your vehicle worked on
