We are very sorry for your bad experience, Ms. Bush, and as we shared with you, we have never run into a situation like this either. We did send the vehicle out (as promised) and instructed that the seats and headliner be removed and that this problem be taken care of. So, yes, ma'am, we do do what we say. We, also, asked that you to please contact us if there were any more issues and that we would send it out again. That offer is still good.

Sold me a 2016 van that had someone else's personal hygiene in it and I had to park it in my pasture due to a roach infestation. Took it back and they said they would take everything out, including the headliner, and bomb it. Bombed it all right but definitely didn't take out the headliner. The very day it was returned to me I observed roaches. Too bad they don't do what they say. I will never go to this dealership again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Heard a few things about this lot. Make sure you pay attention to what your warranty actually covers. They may sell you one that isnt what you need. Then tell you theres nothing they can do. Be careful.

I purchased my car from here and it had some dents in the hood as well as chips in windshield. The sales rep stated he would get it taken care of. Its been 9 months and it still hasn't been done.
