Awful experience. Took a car in for an oil change and asked about some road noise, if maybe it was a wheel bearing. They looked and said it was just tire wear. Dropped the car off the night before, went to the cashier to leave the keys and she told me to just put them in the drop box outside. Asked if I needed to fill anything out and she said no they had the appointment down. The service department texted and emailed me several times throughout the day to obtain signatures for what I thought was a wheel bearing issue. Went back at 5 pm to pick the car up and they said they were working on a tire quote for me. I said that's fine but I need to pick the car up, they then told me there was no oil in it as they didn't get to it. They said they didn't know what to do because there was no paperwork. Now mind you they texted and emailed me numerous times throughout the morning to obtain signatures. These forms they had me sign clearly stated an oil change. So what gives. More interesting I'm trying to sell tires I guess. Then they said they were busy... if that's the case don't accept the appointment. I have had over 10 different Infiniti cars and SUV's, several from this dealership and now I remember why I stopped going there. Their service was what drove me away last time, no pun intended, and I certainly won't be going back. Dishonest and unreliable I would never buy a car from these people. I am currently corresponding with Infiniti the manufacturer direct to air my frustration.

Horrible service department, came in and had some warranty work performed, they un hooked a cable that required them to keep the car additional time, wasnt give a loaner vehicle for their mistake so that inconvienced me for 2 days. After recieving my vehcile back it had serval dash lights that came on a road trip, attempted for 2 days to get my vehicle in for service before my cross country trip and was told they couldn't meet my needs and I quote he said "because you didnt buy your car from us", that was the last thing I heard before i hung the phone up. Scott is a terrible service manager and is a liar I called and was told by another service represenative they had a loaner car sitting in the bay. I own a M37s fully loaded $55,000+ car that is still under warranty and was turned down, I dont plan on EVER returning to this facility.
