I left Land Rover Encino today with utter disappointment. WORST sales service I've ever received. Alex is the worst salesman. He didn't express any interest whatsoever in gaining my business. I was interested in leasing the Evoque, and he gave me an initial lease payment amount, and I asked for a payment less than what he stated. He came back with $1 less than what he had initially stated, which was a complete insult! His counteroffer was basically a slap in the face to leave the dealership. I am disgusted by the service I received.
