If I could I would rate them at ZERO stars, but you have to select a star to leave a comment. I dropped my car off at Capitol Shine in Arlington at 0730 and picked it up at 1530. This Is the their "Full Detail" package at $275. I was fortunate that they tried to work with me and redo the car, but as I explained to the manager. They had the car all day and no one thought to do inspect the car after it was deemed cleaned. The front office worked with me and refunded my money to my credit card. I know I will never go to this establishment again, if you choose to become a customer I recommend you drive the car outdoors (outside of their garage) and do another inspection before driving away. I will add, the manager at the Arlington location and the front office lady were nice and professional. If they had a review for customer service I would give them 5 stars.

Wow im amaze of how ridiculously expensive this car was service is. For a 4 door vehicle $125 Wash + Wax my car feels like it was just regular washed. Dust still was on my dashboard and console, Light Hand Buff was not even noticible. Im so disappointed that I feel I got ripoff. BTW my car is an Audi S3. I do not recommend this business! Go elsewhere and if you decide to go stay with your vehicle until service is done as advertised.
This place is the business! I got my new Lexus washed here and it looks better than it was when I got it. The manager Will is very personable and makes sure you are fully satisfied. It is pricey but well worth it and you won't be disappointed!

I'd like your clients to know you charged a 12 year client a premium fee for professional XPEL wrap service - and after FOUR treks back to your shop, the wrap is still in poor condition (bubbling, peeling, missing parts not installed before delivery). The fee was reasonable. The quality and the hostility to own the mistake and mediate - unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE before trusting a quality vehicle for XPEL - do your homework. Capitol Shine is not the option that will give you the detail and back their work.
