Extremly dissatisfied with the entire service department. I purchased a truck 32 days ago. Took it in because the front end was making a noise. I waited for 24 hours while they diagnosed the problem. They never called me. I had to call them, and got the shove off more than once. When I finally got hold of the person in charge of my truck, he said it was not under the warranty. When I purchased the truck, I was made to believe the warranty was a good one. NOT! Apparently from talking to a manager who made it seem like I had no clue about cars because I am female, I was told the warranty is only if the engine blows up and what did I expect?!! I will tell you what I expected. How about real customer service?? This is the second time I have purchased a car from Feeny, but it will never happen again!!! Apparently the management in the establishment has no clue what customer service is. I wonder how they sleep at night taking money from people and than treating them like something they need to kick off their shoe?! Don't worry Feeny, I am making sure everybody I know knows the quality of service you provide!!! Don't worry about my problem, Don McCue was more than happy to take my money and make me feel like a satisfied customer!!!
I dealt with Larry Newman to purchase a used Dodge Ram 4x4. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a used car. No presure, lot of questions answered. Just an over-all good experience. Thanks Larry and Feeny, I love my truck!
I have had and are still having horrible experience with Feeney Chrysler. About 3 weeks ago we traded in my used mini Van to them and I bought a used Town and Country. We had included in the contract some extra equipment to get installed, 2 weeks after buying the car we called to make an appt. for the installation of a remote starter and a navigation system, and the sales guy Anthony Soto toll me I had to sign a new contract because the terms have switched. Me and my husband did not agree to sign new paperwork because the new contract terms were not convenient to us.WHEN WE REFUSED TO SIGN THE NEW CONTRACT THEY TOLD US THAT IF WE LEAVE WITH THE MINIVAN WE HAD ALREADY SIGNED FOR THAT THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE ON US. When we agreed to sign a new contract for another car we cuoted they had raised the price of the car by $4,000. When I saw that I refused again to sign and toll them I wanted my old car back. They said because I had been driving their used car that they would charge me for the miles I had put on their car.THIS IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE and is still going on. Finally they called the general manager after 6 hours, he apologized but this is so far a terrible expirience and I will let you know what happens. I have never been treated like this. If you can please stay away from this dealership they bait and switch you. Currently I am talking to an attorney because this is no way to do business. You also need to know after 3 weeks they still haven't paid off our old car trade balance that is included in the contract, and we still don't have the extras items they own us in the car we purchased.
