I've purchased two vehicles from this location and had different experiences with both. The first was in 2012 and it was a very positive experience. I forgot his name, but the sales associate that we had was very knowledgeable and friendly. The second was in 2015 and was not nearly as positive. The sales rep didn't know much about the car, the features and seemed to be very nervous throughout the entire experience. The customer service has waned since 2012 in the sales department, seemingly getting more and more pushy for the sale. The garage and mechanics (aka the customer service team) is the best part about this place. They are friendly, they don't try to sell you things you don't need and they ask you up front before theubdkb anything to your car.
I went in to the service department because on two occasions I had trouble starting my car with the classic symptoms of a dead battery. I took it in and to Steve Moyer credit, they have the ability to look at problems like that without an appointment. They did a thorough examination of the battery and told me it was good. I asked them why I had the problem and they could not give me a explanation. A week later, my son borrowed the car and called me to say the car died and would not crank. He successfully jumped the car but it died again when he disconnected the jumper cables. Luckily, he is a trained mechanic and discovered that the cap to the alternator was loose. After snapping it back on, the battery recharged and it's been fine since. I would think, given the symptoms, the dealer service department would have suspected the alternator and checked it too instead of sending me out without any idea why it was having problems. The service people I saw were very nice but they didn't go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was safe. I'm just glad the car didn't die while I was driving in traffic and that my son was able to figure it out and fix it.

I bought my new car from here recently. Our salesperson was named Scott and he was incredible. He wasn't too pushy, but was there for every single question we had. I would recommend him to anyone. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by giving us some recommendations for different types of food in the area as we just moved here and don't know the area too well yet. The best!

Got a 25 dollar gas card to test drive a car. Never got the card and the guy taking me out for the test drive was kind of a jerk because I wasnt there to buy a car and rushed me along. Maybe Not that day I would of leased or purchased a car but I would of went to them if the experience was better.
