Hello William. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that there was no response from our technician after messaging us to arrange the Friday. We are extremely busy and that particular week of messaging we were a technician down due to an operation. Because our technicians deal with calls, emails, WhatsApp messages etc whilst working sometimes replies cant be done till the evening and on this occasion, it seems that your message slipped through the net which we apologise for. I called Harry and asked him if he could come and have a look at a dent on my car and he asked me to send him a photo which I did on the Thursday morning. He replied at the end of the day and said he could come to see me the following Friday. When I asked what time etc. I received no response. What a poor service! I would not recommended.

Was lucky to see Carl's van next door to where I worked. I showed him dent in my car and he told me he could repair this for me. I had previously been told by someone else, Id need repair and both of my doors repainted to look good again. Not so. Carl was brilliant. Contacted me to book job in and carried work out at my work place. First class job and great service from Carl. Should I need this kind of service again, will definitely call Carl.

I had a small tricky dent on the crease line of the wing of my car and I picked Axi-dent to try and fix it largely on the basis of the reviews they have had. I sent across a couple of pictures and a quote was speedily sent back. A date and time was agreed and Rob turned up to carry out the repair. Amazing work by Rob as he carefully massaged the dent away and it looks as good as new. If I ever get a dent again, I know where to go to get it fixed.
