My husband and I went in to look at a car that was listed at a good price but had been on the lot awhile. They tried to run my husbands credit before we even negotiated the car price then they focused on payments even though I said I preferred not to negotiate that way. My husband has very good credit however the interest rates (based on payments and loan length) were very inflated initially considering his very good credit score and low amount we were wanting to finance. This is not how to build trust and rapport with me I will take my business elsewhere even if it means paying a slightly higher listed price.

All around poor customer service. Purchased a vehicle last summer, was basically pressured into buying the extended coverage for tires and everything else on the vehicle. I do drive a lot of miles for work so thought it would be worth it. Start to have issues with tires going flat, sensors not calibrating correctly and no objects or damage to tires to indicate why they are chronically going flat. Try to schedule an appointment and explain the urgency of the issue. Completely understand the issue with being short handed, however, after speaking with the service representative, the best she can do is 20 days out. How can you allow customers that spend the additional funds on the extended vehicle service coverage to just figure it out elsewhere? I then decided to call Subaru Grapevine, explained to the representative my issue and I have an appointment scheduled for the next day. I will no longer take my vehicle to Hiley.
