I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I spend a fair amount of time researching before I go car shopping so by the time I hit the lot I know exactly what I want and how much I will pay. Sales experiences have been good with the understanding that dealers will play their dealer games (ex: Oh, I don't know if we can sell at that price, I'll have to talk to the manager...). I've had some issues with the service department. It's really been hit or miss so I don't have my cars serviced here anymore. The last straw for me was the time it took 2 hours for an oil change that I made an appointment for. Over all, decent buying experiences. Service department isn't so great.

I called and set up an appointment to purchase 2010 Ford FX2. It was an hour drive and was excited to purchase the truck at total retail price. I arrive at the dealership with my wife and met a salesman named Ted. We took it for a test drive and the truck only needed new tires. No big deal for the price! I still wanted to pay full retail. Ted wanted to take my info to finance the truck. He literally turns the monitor and keyboard around and said fill this out. No problem but seemed odd. After filling the application out on the computer Ted appears and states the truck has been sold! Big let down but again no problem. Ted does not even try to earn my business or sale me another truck. In fact Ted just simply walks away not even saying thanks for coming in or sorry it didn't work out. I've still been looking for trucks on autotrader etc. What shocked me the most is the truck I wanted to buy didn't sell! What's going on here! I call other dealers and tell the story and ask what happened. I was told that this is an old sales trick to lure customers to a dealership, but he didn't try to sell me another truck. It wasn't my credit, income, or attitude so I'm very confused! I still till this day can't figure it out. If I were a salesman and that happened to my customer I would regroup and try to earn there business on another truck. I would go out of my way to try and please the customer. That didn't happen. I simply drove home and didn't even receive a phone call or email. I moved on to another dealer after speaking to many friends who are in my profession and luckly they pointed me in the right direction. I want name the dealer because whoever reads this review I want them to know my experience. If you can't trust who your dealing with or don't feel like the sales team go the extra mile then you don't need to waste your time with this dealership. I pray they stay in business and make the necessary changes to accomodate there customers. My advice go the extra mile for all your customers. Thank you!
