Im transporter. 01/13/2021 I picked up 2020 Aston Martin db11 Last name of manager is Gomes. The car was standing in show room. It was polished wheels were blackened with wax. Before picking up manager drive it out to the parking lot. During the inspection manager asks a lot of questions and then offered to load me personally, excluding company. After picking up, I gave inspection him to sign, but he asked me show photos of inspection. Then he signed and come inside. I drove car 3 meters from parking lot to my trailer and suddenly was stopped by this manager. Hi cried that I hit the side of the wheel on curb and he saw little piece of tire that flew of from the impact. I asked him to show the curb and this piece of tire. But he told me, that he saw this by his eyes and he dont want to speak with me and come inside. Than I drove the car into the trailer and secured it with straps. Then another manager, old man, come to me with the paper, that I hit and damaged the tire. I ran my hand over the tire and showed wax to manager. I stuck the finger in place where the piece was torn out and saw wax too. After this old man goes to office and disappeared. I come in to speak with Gomes and show him movie which I did when showed to old man wax in damage. He began to cry that he is not a lier and he doesnt want to speak with me. I delivered the car to customer, showed him video and he agreed that wheel was damaged and after blackened with wax. I saved video, if the owner wants to make sure the uncleanliness of his staff. Its not the end of this story I drove to Nebraska with this car. After reaching the delivery place, I couldnt start on the car, because the battery fully died. The customer called to manager Gomes with question where to find battery or how to charge the battery. Manager told that battery under front passenger seat, then told that under rear left passenger seat Than it was right passenger seat, than under hood, but he doesnt know how to open. Then manager said that I killed the battery. And hung up. Maybe he thought that all way i listened radio inside the car in trailer. I found how to open hood and customer found how to recharge the battery. Manager did nothing to help to customer. This dealer sold 2020 Aston Martin. The price that car near 200k $. And they cheated on battery and tire.

please dont come to this place...they will charge you a rediculous dealer fee between $1800-$2000 on top of the car's price and all the tax and papers....

Had my V12 Vantage serviced here recently. From the scheduling, to the pick up and drop off, everything was top notch! They had my car back in 3 days, all service done and the car was cleaned and returned when they promised. Great experience and highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. We worked with them on a used vehicle, we paid a deposit to hold the vehicle for 3 days until we could get there to pick it up. We even offered the pay more. They agreed to hold until Friday. We planned to come a day early and took the day off of work and had the cash lined up to buy the vehicle that morning. We just got a call Wednesday afternoon that they sold it to someone else. We lost out on other vehicles because we committed to this one. WHY WOULD YOU BOTHER TO TAKE A DEPOSIT AND AGREE TO HOLD IT AND THEN SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE..!!!?? Then (because I guess they don't talk to each other) another sales person texted me saying that the vehicle had mechanical problems and they had to bring it to auction. That may have made me feel better if the first person hadn't already told me the truth! What a horrible way to treat customers. I guess the good news is that I did not end up having to do business with them. In response to the dealer response - it should not cost customers time and money to help you find mistakes and get better. That is a weak excuse but now potential customers know that you will use their time and money to help yourselves get better without any benefit at all to the customer.
