I went to Roggis on Tuesday to get a diagnostic, not even knowing the cost, because my windshield wipers were not working at all and I was desperate to get it fixed with all the rain. The staff was nice enough to fit me in, so I dropped off my car during lunch. I was later called and told I needed a new wiper motor with a detailed explanation as to why. I went to the Honda dealership and paid for a wiper motor order as well as $30 extra to have it overnight shipped. I took my vehicle back to Roggis with the wiper motor Friday and they installed it for me. They provided me transportation to and from work while my car was being serviced. Henry went above and beyond to ensure I understood what was going on with my car and their plan to fix it. He was also genuinely concerned with my safety and making sure the motor was installed properly before the next rainstorm. Due to my experience, I definitely recommend and trust Roggis with any future car services I may need.
