Quoting one of the other reveiws: "Once we signed the paper work, they basically stopped caring about us." Absolute worst car buying experience of my life! Salesperson had no clue what she was doing through the whole process. After the sale they made a mistake with my paperwork which delayed my registration and title for over 100 days after purchase. For months I called and they kept telling me DMV was backed up due to Covid and to wait longer, until I showed up in person (I live 90 minutes away) to find out they never even requested my documents from DMV in the first place! Even when they finally received my documents they never even called to let me know they arrived! Pathetic. There are many other dealerships in the area, save yourself the stress and aggravation.
