Horrible customer service and support placed 9 calls because I did not receive the title app to get my tags. Everyone said they would call back w/answers but no one ever did. Finally found out that they sent it to wrong place.

Sean Hennen was my car salesman when my friend and I visited Kia FWB this past Friday, 6/21/2019. He was so awesome, we both ended up buying new cars! The lady at ur dealership said in 6 months there would be a recall now 6 months later yall are saying there is no recall but there are mechanics saying there is a recall. Which one is it. Dont even want the car anymore.
