Talk about customer service!! Vince stepped up big!! Made a deal happen at 9pm on a Saturday night!! Didnt rush a walk through or vehicle introduction. Even took the time to put fuel in the vehicle before we parted. GREAT JOB!!!! the entire process only took 1.5 hours. No back and forth, no hassles, just simply doing business and mindful of the customers request / needs. Thank you again and my wife is absolutely in love with the Durango!!!!
I was treated very poorly by the service department. I have a 2020 jeep gladiator and after 2800 miles the flywheel and the clutch went out (or that's what they said was the issue). They got me in quick to look at it and even had it done about 4 hours ahead of what they said they would. Then it went down hill from there as when the technician told me what was wrong and said that it was my fault and that i didn't know how to drive a manual transmission (I've been driving a manual transmission vehicle since I was 16 years old). After that I asked how long it would take to get parts in and he said about 1 month!? Like what they are the same parts as a wrangler and they designed them like that to reduce the waiting period for parts. But anyway I continued with it because it was covered under warranty. 2 weeks later I get a call to set up a time and the guy said it would take a week before they could get me in. The day before I am supposed to take it in I get a call again saying that they have a car on the lift and they will need the lift for my truck so they will have to push my appointment back to the following Monday (another 4days). They guy on the phone said if I bought it in at 8 AM it would be the first one to get worked on because of the inconvenience. Well I took that Monday off work and took it in right at 8 AM and I went home and waited for a phone call. 4 PM rolls around and I finally decided to call and the guy says hold on let me check (10 minutes later) he comes back and says "well it's going back together" and was going to leave it at that. I was like what does that mean and he told me that the tech was putting it back together now and he wasn't going to have it done by 5 PM (9 hours of work allegedly). I told him that it was unacceptable for it to take over 9 hours and me not having a vehicle to go to work the next day. He said he would be right back and after another 10 minutes he said that if I was there at 5 PM they would have it done. So i get there and there's this guy who claims to be there warranty expert tells me again that it was because I didn't know how to drive a manual transmission and that they were only going to cover it once. Unfortunately that's not how warranties work I told him and it is still under Indianas lemon law policy also there is nothing in the warranty that states a part is to only be replaced once. He didn't know what to say after that. Once that was all settled and I get into my truck every from my center console and under my seats was torn out and was thrown all around my truck. I am very disappointed in the professionalism of there service department because it's now been over 3 weeks and I still have yet to get a follow up call from them like they said I would get!!!! (Which it is have a issue since it's been worked on) I would NOT recommend having any work done here at ALL go anywhere but HERE!!!!!
