Perhaps your vehicle was written up under a different name? We would certainly welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns and to explain our estimate in greater detail. Not all brake jobs are the same. While we understand and appreciate that the quote you received from an independent repair shop was less than ours, there are things to consider when comparing brake quotes. The quality of parts used. Original equipment parts or aftermarket parts. The extent of the work performed. For example, were the rotors replaced or merely resurfaced. Was the caliber side hardware replaced? All of these items not only effect the price of the job but also effect the operation of the brakes over time. If you compare our quote against any quote using the same original equipment parts you will find that we are very competitive in price. Again were very sorry we did not meet your expectations and hope you will give us an opportunity to discuss your comments and hopefully make you a happy Shuman customer once again. Don't take your vehicle here for service! $771 for brakes and rotors! The vehicle only has 40,000 miles on it but they want to replace everything?? A more reputable shop quoted $450 for the same job if it's even necessary to do all that. Now they won't send the shuttle to pick me back up so I can get my vehicle out of the rip off hell hole! Great customer service! LOL What a joke.... refuse to be taken advantage of and they will leave you stranded and not come get you!

We are currently leasing 3 cars from them all good, now we have returned a Nissan as of trade in for our first car lease. At the moment of signing for the new one she's telling us that the Nissan will be sold at an action and the only payment will have is going to be the disposition fee $400+- we where ok with. Now 3 months later we are at the collection because did not pay remaining payment (she told us that all that they will take care of it) that means the Nissan is not at the action as she told us, and they send it back to Nissan dealer. They have paid a part of remaining balance and said that don't want to pay anymore and don't care if we are reported to collection agency. That is 3 cars being leased at another dealer when'd the lease is up. Talking about repeating business and keeping the customers happy and coming back. Looking for a lawyer now. Update********* like the original talk, just promises 2 weeks later no contact from dealer

Was very helpful in getting my 2011- 200 S from the factory as quick as we could... Slight delay, at the fault of Chrysler, was handled well and made up for in service and responsiveness. Sales rep responds to emails quickly and cuts to the chase without all the headaches. Give Chris Kolias a call for a good deal.

We called the dealership the day before we went in and asked about pricing we saw in an ad. Bryan answered our questions honestly and made an appointment for the next day. When we got to the dealership, Bryan let us test drive a car and gave us all the information on the car. When we went inside to discuss the pricing of the car, he showed us all the numbers up front so we knew exactly what the price was at every step. We were eligible for a couple of discounts that we were aware of, but Bryan went the extra step and found us a couple more. We really appreciated the honesty and dedication in getting us the best price for the car we wanted without all the games. When we decided to lease the vehicle, they worked quickly and efficiently to get all the paperwork ready for us so that we were able to take the car home in only a few hours. Because we needed to leave the dealership quicker than usual, Bryan made sure to follow up with us in case we had any questions on any features of the car. It is very hard to find a salesman that does not try to play games with you. We would recommend Shuman dealership and definitely Bryan McCoy.

I will never go to or recommend Bob Shuman to anybody. They 100% do not stand up to there extended service contracts. I was pressured into buying a extended service contract, and of course the first time (after paying over $600 dollars towards it) I try and use it they tell me the part is not covered. I was promised that this was going to be a bumper to bumper service agreement buy my salesman and obviously it is not. The say that a rear heater tube is a "wearable" part. What on a car is not a wearable part? I had a good experience up until now, but from now on I will never have a good this to say about Bob Shuman in Walled Lake, Michigan. If you do buy a car from Bob Shuman (although you shouldn't) DON'T BUY THE EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT! They have lost a customer for good.
