Didn't care for the customer service. I was not greeted when I came in...a representative looked at me and continued what he was doing. From that point I knew I would not be purchasing a vehicle from this location.

Travis is great! He's very responsive to emails and phone calls, even on his off days he made the effort to help us. Travis and his manger, Steve, are so good to work with and we will definitely go back and recommend him and his team to our friends. He is very responsible and makes sure everything goes right. He's very understanding and does his best to get us what we want. We're glad we went to Freeport and had him as our sales consultant. Travis gave us a different experience than Glen Cove Land Rover. At Glen Cove, we felt like we had to make a decision on that day without much time to think. At Land Rover Freeport, we felt Travis really trying to get us what we want within our budget.
From the time we came to the dealership and met Troy he was so professional and amazing. He answered every question we asked and was very patient. We actually did a lease exchange and they worked with us to make sure we were able to walk out with the best deal for us! We met Henry on the day we came to pick up our car. He was very informative in showing every detail our car has to offer. He took his time to explain all the technology to the best of his ability. When I first entered Land Rover of Freeport I was pleased with the staff, we were greeted, offered a test drive and the negotiations went well. I was completely satisfied. However, when I went to go pick up my vehicle, they SWITCHED IT AND GAVE ME A CHEAPER CAR FOR THE SAME PRICE. I basically had to beg to see the sticker which includes the MSRP. If I didn't see it they would have ripped me off for close to 5000 dollars. Even after that we came to an agreed upon price for that car they had prepped, but once I sat in the car the sales rep once again lied about what was in the car. It didn't include half the features that we discussed. At this point I asked for my deposit back and left. I will never go back, and I recommend that nobody else does. They are seriously there to rip you off. For those who have purchased cars I suggest you look at your sticker, you might have not even gotten one. Find another dealership, the drive will be worth it. So to add onto my experience at this wonderful dealership, they now refuse to send me my refund check from the deposit that I put down. I have been constantly calling them. Today the sales manager, don't know his name, told me that I am probably used to driving Kias, for the reason that I didn't buy that car. Great way to run a business Freeport!
