I took my jeep in for simple radio problem cover under warranty, the keep my jeep for 7 days with out informing me of the problem with the radio. They took 2 weeks to fix the radio and damage the interior of my jeep. I'll never take my jeep there again
I went to purchase a second vehicle and paid a down payment but, when the deal did not go through I had a very difficult time getting my money back. I spoke to the salesperson and a manager and they both assured me that I would receive my refund back in my account. This was on October 17th and now it is November 15th and I have not received my funds. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Bobby Bruner as my sales rep. He was knowledgeable and patient with me in my concerns as regards the purchasing process., He took all the time necessary to ensure I was happy with my purchase, and has continued to be helpful in the purchase of accessories and so on. I would definitely want to deal with him and the dealership again when the time arises.
I dealt with Robert LaRosa when leasing a Dodge Charger. He is very difficult to speak with because he never lets you speak without cutting in. The only reason I used this dealership was because they were the only ones who could locate the car I wanted. when I went to pick up the car I had to wait 3 hours in the dealership before I could get my car. Robert never even took the time to go over the car with me. When I went to sign the papers and give my payment he told me he didn't have all the paperwork so he didn't know the exact amount I owed, but it was somewhere around $1900. He said to just pay that amount and when it went through accounting they would cut me a refund check for what I was owed. Three weeks later I still hadn't gotten a check so I called. When I was transferred to Robert LaRosa he didn't even let me tell him the amount I was owed before he began yelling over me and calling me by sexist names. It took me 6 phone calls to get a manager who said he looked over my paperwork and didn't see anything there until I told him I was looking at it in black and white. I faxed it to him and subsequently my husband got a phone call saying they would take care of it. I still do not have my $106 dollar refund. I would never do business with this dealership again and would highly recommend that other people go elsewhere. I should have known it would be a problem when the first time I spoke with Robert on the phone he must have used the F word a dozen times.
