I went to buy a pre owned 2016 dodge caravan G/T minivan. The sales man Joel was very nice. But the guy who deals with the value on trade in was down right rude. I could hear him since I was only sitting less then ten feet away. He Insisted on giving me $8000 which is right at $4000 under the value of my trade ins value because his van he was selling was marked way down already he said (not my fault I didnt price thier vechical) I told him that was too low I needed 11,000 which is $800 under kbb value for the vechical on trade in. He told the sells man to tell me he could get them every day with less miles and didnt need mine to take it somewhere else. So with that being said I got up and left. Fred Haas Toyota world gave me $11,000 trade in and sold me the exact same type vechical and features with less miles for less then Martin was asking. I will just say this Martin says on thier website they will not be under sold but thats a lie.

Dont ever take your vehicle to this dealership. They will charge you $175 and not diagnosis the problem. They not only leave you with no diagnosis but they have horrible attitudes and are extremely rude. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Service desk is horrible. No one knew what they were doing, not one person trys to help you when you walk in the door and everyone is too busy to even look at you. I went in for a recall that was suposed to take a hour or 2 took all day. Called 3 times and no one could tell me a time when my truck would be done and kept my truck over night with it any information on it.
