NOT THE MASERATI EXPERIENCE! Purchased a car here on Friday March 1st, took it get Maryland State Inspected on Monday March 4th. The tires were dry rotted, which I couldnt tell when I purchased it because it was raining and the tires were wet. The breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. There was issues with the seatbelt and rubber pads to lift the vehicle. I contacted my sales person and his response was Find another shop. I paid almost $2,000 to have everything fixed. Called and spoke to the used car manager and he said I shouldve contacted the dealership and brought it back and they wouldve fixed it all. I told him I did email the salesperson and he never offered me chance to bring the vehicle back. The used car manager said he would refund me $420 for the tires. It took me almost a month to get that check. I feel like a high end dealership should provide a better client experience than this.
