I bought a Jaguar F-Pace about 2 months ago from here (which I absolutely love) and was an out-of-state buyer. But after receiving the car, it has been all downhill. I had to overnight paperwork back to the dealership and it took about 2 weeks of me asking to get a copy back. Now my tag is about to expire and they are still working on getting my title and I have been contacting them about getting a new temp tag since July 16th. I have emailed, called, etc and still cant get an answer. Sterling (my sales guy)and Charles ( sales manager) have been no help at all.
On my 5th Land Rover and have dealt with LR service departments from Baton Rouge, Houston, Miami, and even the San Antonio dealership and have always had excellent service. Not sure what the blip is with Boerne but leave messages and no return calls, items left undone that was under warranty, etc. I will say once you get a response and are in the service area customer service is good. Its really the call back and follow up thats lacking.

Everyone in the service department is incredibly accommodating! I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment and tgey still fit me in for service. I also needed a spare tire quickly for Defender about a year ago before driving a long distance but couldn't find one anywhere. One of the salesman took the spare off of his personal Defender and let me buy it, so I could feel safe on my road trip since i was in a hurry. They go above and beyond here!
This place has called me from ten different numbers and its always the same woman named Alexis. I have blocked each number but they will not stop. Stop cold calling and Ill remove the review.
