* I've taken my 2007 XK Convertible to Jaguar Henderson twice now: once for a slew of work ($5K+) and then for an alignment shortly after that to try to fix a slight steering wheel wobble that was still there after the big repairs. Overall I came away with a bad taste. They do offer free Lyft rides, and it is a beautiful facility with wonderful decor and coffee. But a service experience is more than that. These days, even older model Jaguar owners expect reasonable conversation, understanding, guidance about repairs including cost and urgency, and reasonable expectations setting. This is where they fell down. * The people in service are generally nice but the default is pushing for very expensive repairs instead of guidance, understanding and practical advice. In my case, they didn't seem to try to understand the true nature of the wobble. Only after I got the car back after the alignment and the wobble was still there, did they tell me that the alignment I had just paid for wouldnt help the wobble: Oh, that wouldn't solve the wobble issue. Sorry, what was that? Why didnt you tell me that when I specifically told you that that was the problem I was trying to fix when I dropped the car off after the $5K repairs? * The mechanics seem to be qualified and the facility is lovely and seems well-managed. And I get it, a 2007 Jaguar may well need bigger repairs. But please appreciate that I just spent $5K with you and specifically brought the car back for a wobble please dont just send an email with a list of additional repairs totaling $8K+ saying Please Approve All Here. * And when I bring the car back with the specific issue, please tell me that whatever repair (cheap or expensive) Im about to do wont address that BEFORE you do it and I discover that it hasnt helped. That and the continual push toward many more additional and much more expensive repairs even after spending $5K there, I wont be going back.
Took my Jaguar to the Henderson Dealer to have it serviced on a claim. I was told by Michael Giordano, a service rep it would be 5 to 7 thousand dollars fpr repair and that first they would run diagnostics for 250 dollars. After the diagnostics was told I would be lucky to get 3500 for the car. Ten days later took it to Car Max and they offered 12,000 for the car. All in all after many many discrepancies and back and forth (diagnostics became 830 dollars) and restocking of parts was another 250. I was informed they could not restock that part (control arm). All in all do not take a car out of warranty to this dealership. In fact I would not do business with them in the future. One saving grace was that after speaking with the service mgr. the total cost was reduced to 660 dollars, but no work was done and this was just to tell me what was wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP .

Often times, when one thing goes wrong, it can turn into a snowball effect. This was certainly the case for me! I initially went in to get my coolant topped off, but ended up having a leak that needed to be repaired. Not only that, I had to drive my mom out of town for surgery the next day so I definitely needed a car. Because I had to leave my car with the service center while I was out of town I was able to get a rental car, which was hassle-free! And let me tell you, service advisor Caesar was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept me informed at all times. So when he called to tell me I ALSO needed tires, an alignment, and windshield wipers, I didn't stress out one bit. I'm thankful everything was taken care of while I was taking care of my mom. Caesar even made it a point to say, don't worry about what's going on here, focus on your mom. And when we returned, all was well. Thank you Jaguar Henderson for quality service.

Complete incompetence at this location. Everything you dont need is added in to a quote. I had 2 headlights out. Tried to sell me the assemblies. Which we all know dont include any wiring. $6000 for that. $120 for a gas cap. Ended up at $9000. I literally had to pick the car up and take it to my normal location off Rainbow. About $300 to fix the lights. Wires on the initial side. Just a bulb on the other. To the ownership its time for a crew change. I can go further into detail, but your staff has already embarrassed you enough. If you work in service know how these vehicles operate.
