I brought my 2021 Mazda CX-30 to Dent Spot in late May to get hail damage repaired. They initially told me it would take 5-7 days to get fixed, which I thought was too good to be true. They eventually got to my car a few weeks later after having to submit a supplemental claim with my insurance company. After about 4-5 weeks, I got my car back on July 1. I was very pleased with the repair work! The hail damage to the drivers side and roof was unnoticeable. Unfortunately there were some scratches on the black trim on the passenger side of the vehicle and some vehicle marker spots on the passenger side door panel. When I informed Robby of it, he got right on it and ordered new parts, which they installed for me at no additional cost. They got rid of the marker spots as well. Besides the fact that they caused some additional damage to other parts of my car while repairing the hail and ordered the wrong part to fix the problem they caused, I was nonetheless happy with the final product. At one point Robby personally called me when he was out of town to inform me of the status of the repair work. In August, I accidentally backed into my parents garage door and did some damage to the rear roof spoiler. When I texted Katelyn about it, she talked to Robby and they were able to touch up the damage in one day. They didnt even charge me for the work they had to do. I am very happy with how my Mazda looks now. It looks brand new thanks to Dent Spot! While there were some issues I experienced, I am glad Dent Spot was able to repair my Mazdas hail damage in one month when so many other body shops in the Oklahoma City area were telling me it would be months before I could get my car in for repair.

I contacted them regarding hail repair after receiving several prior estimates. I have never had an insurance claim and they took care of everything after answering all of my questions. They did excellent work, as well as provided a newer model loaner vehicle. When I spoke with the other companiesa few were pushy to the point of making me irritated, and the others did not instill much trust in how good a job they would actually do. They made me feel like I was a dollar sign as soon as I drove up and it was their job to quickly talk me into signing documents allowing them to get whatever they could from the insurance company. Dent Spot did not pressure me whatsoever, gave me an accurate & reasonable time estimate, and were actually on the lower end of what many of the other companies were quoting me. If they can do a great job for a lesser amount & still make money for theirselves then that is a business I feel that I can trust in the future if anything ever comes up againhands down! Lastly, they surprised me by letting me know that I would not have to pay my insurance deductible; So, I was out zero money from my own pockets. If I had gone with one of the other companies I would have ended up paying close to $400 between the deductible, and a rental vehicle. Feel free to contact them or swing by if any auto body works needs to be doneI do not think you will be disappointed.
