Olendus, This review is totally false, misleading and downright hurtful. I was personally involved and tried to do everything possible to resolve your claimed issues with your vehicle, but we simply could not do a major engine repair under warranty when the vehicle was operating as designed and showed no fault codes or misfires. We provided you with free transportation during this whole process and even sent courtesy drivers to your place of residence. When we brought another Escalade with the same specs to compare, you even acknowledged that the engines had the same sound. On the subject of the branded title and history of the vehicle, you were provided all documentation of the history and were required to sign them prior to taking delivery. The last part of your review implying prejudice on our part indicates your lack of knowledge of the current makeup of our staff as well as our long history employing individuals of all races and serving all members of our community equally. Pleases dont waste your time or money buying a GM buyback from this dealership. I bought two 2015 Cadillac Escalades that Was Gm buyback. On both vehicles I was constantly in and out of the shop. The last vehicle was the worst. I was told by the owner the vehicle needed lifters and it would be two weeks before they could touch it. I patiently waited two weeks and dropped the vehicle on the date given by Fairey. Fairey dealership kept my vehicle for 3 weeks and not one time called to give me a update on the above mentioned vehicle. I decided to call the dealership and inquire about my vehicle. I was then told the vehicle was ready and no repairs have been done. Somehow the service manager said they drove the vehicle for 300 miles in the 3 week period and couldnt find anything wrong. I then came into the dearlership to again find my vehicle with a ticking noise. I refused to take the 2015 Escalade and asked that it be looked at again. Two weeks went by and I called the dealership to inquire about my vehicle. At this time I was again told that the vehicle was ready and didnt need any repair. This particular vehicle was sold with a one year(12.000 mi GM buyback warranty and neither was met at the time of repairs. Fairey insisted they werent going to do any work on the vehicle. Eventually I cut my losses with this small town prejudice dealership that only employ 2 African American individuals. I ended up taking a loss when I traded the vehicle because the GM buyback vehicles are sold with a branded title and has low value at trade in. If youre local and looking for a reputable Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership I strongly suggest driving into Columbia Sc and Dealing with Jim Hudson Cadillac.The Fairey dealership in Orangeburg Sc gives General Motors a bad reputation. Its a reason why Fairey cant keep maintenance techs and the turnover is high.

I traveled from the Asheville area, over 3 hours to look at a Jeep I found online at this dealership. The communication with Ty was great and he greeted when we walked in the door. Everyone we dealt with there was very friendly and explained what they were doing and I felt like I was in good hands and make long purchasing process quick and easy. I filled out their pre-approval form on their website so when I got to the dealership they had all the paperwork ready to go for the final numbers. My experience at this dealership was excellent and would recommend them to anyone!
Overpriced for poor service. Sold me a car with a broken seatbelt and kept my car up there for the whole day for an answer about the broken belt and an oil change and charged about $200.
