My husband and I took our new Kia in because our keys would not open the back hatch. First they promised to call when the part came in. They insisted they did call, however there was no voicemail on any of the phones we own. Second: I used the online chat function to find out what was going on and a call back was promised and none received. I finally was able to get through to service after the phone was busy all morning again and they said to bring it in. After a 2 hour wait, the car was returned to me with the same broken hatch opener. I went in the next morning and asked if they even replaced anything, they said yes (still not sure), but that another part needed to be ordered. I wonder if they will call when that comes in??

Alex, We are sorry you are having a mechanical issue with your Kia Seltos, and want both you and Rhonda to know that we are working to get the issue resolved. It sounds like there was some miscommunication between Tony and you both, as last Thursday we did indeed diagnose your vehicle and consulted with Kia about the appropriate next steps. Kia provided us with a series of tests they wanted run, and now have instructed the technician to do further testing. While we know this is inconvenient, Kia has yet to authorize a specific repair nor have they authorized providing you with alternate transportation. Once the testing they want is complete, and they have authorized a repair, if there will be a delay in getting the repair completed, we will request a rental car on your behalf. Please do know, however, that your concern is being addressed, you are not being ignored and we are working toward a resolution for you with the manufacturer. So after a year of ownership, my wife's 2021 Seltos had a mechanical failure in the engine. Had it towed to the dealership for service, told us they could get to it early the following week. Today (Tuesday of said following week), 'Tony' from the service department calls and tells my wife that they won't even look at it until Thursday, and did so in such a poor and belittling manner that it reduced my wife to tears. No courtesy vehicle, no apologies. They've already got the sale after all. All we've got is no vehicle (sure do still have the payments to make though!), and when I attempted to call the service department, all I got was hung up on without so much as a 'Hello.' In short, just go to Luther if you're looking for a Kia in the Twin Cities Metro.

Ken and Ricky were absolutely amazing! My car broke down after leaving the dealership. I had stopped in to ask some questions. After hassling with AAA, I got a ride back to the dealership, which closed in less than an hour. Both gentlemen stayed after close to get paperwork done and get me a new car! On a Saturday evening! The fellas went above and beyond expectations and I will definitely come back and repeat business! Trevor was also VERY helpful over the phone several times. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Called to get car in for service was told had to wait a week for schedule to work. Had wife bring in car was told it was out of warranty. It was under warranty when i called but since I had to wait a week the car was past the 60,000 mile warranty. Worst part is I have had the vehicle there before for the same problem. We were told there was nothing they could do. Very poor customer service. Will not buy a kia in the future. Wish i could give zero stars.
