Buyer beware. This dealership was very difficult to work with. I had gone in on a couple of occasions, only to have the salesperson completely blow me off. A few weeks later, a different sales person reached out, so I gave them another shot. The deal they were offering was ridiculous and laughable. The salesperson was nice enough, but the arrogance of the sales manager was unacceptable. The salesperson went to get the manager to introduce to me, but the manager wouldn't even come to meet me because he didn't think I would buy the car. Instead, I bought a more expensive vehicle for more than $200 less per month.

From walking in and meeting Boris who sold me an amazing car at a great deal, I was absolutely impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. Just 1 big run around. Made an appointment that started on a Saturday, was told they didn't have the parts so I made another for Wednesday. Was told it would be done by 3:30. I was called at work at 3:41 to tell me the technician just realized he was short 2 gaskets, so is it okay to keep the Durango. Apparently yes cause it's apart but was promised it would be done by 8:30 the next morning and they took my wife's phone number to call her directly to let her know so she could come get it. Got a call from the wife at 3:20 asking if I could get her. The car is still not done and once again promised it would be done in the next hour. I dropped wife off and she didn't get out till 5:30. Honestly the worst service department I have dealt with and will go back to Nazareth from now on until I convince the wife to go back to Smith Ford and sell this Dodge. Best part was I never got the big questionnaire from corporate asking how great they are. Imagine that. Lucky I even gave a star just the worst!
