Went in for a simple oil change and rotation. They sold me on a brake fluid flush. A car wash is part of the service they provide well they should skip that my car looked worse then when I brought it in. I think they ran a hose over 1/2 the car and only dried the doors. It looked horrible and black shoe marks on my door panel then when I brought it to their attention I was told it could take up to an hour to clean it because they take it to another building! Really? No apologies from the service advisor. So unhappy with my experience

I have been to multiple Infiniti service centers across the state and this service center is lacking in comparison to the others. At this service center, I scheduled an appointment in advance notifying what exactly needed repair. They had no loaner vehicles and informed me they did not have a driver for transportation. I scheduled rides to the location for the day, however, later in the day they informed me they did not have the part, that I told them needed replacing, in stock and needed to keep my vehicle an extra day. I had to reorganize rides around this inconvenience and there were no apologies given. They promised to have the repair complete by noon the following day. I received no call by noon and called them instead and they said they had not yet looked at the vehicle. I did not have a ride to pick up the vehicle later in the day and attempted to get an uber, which were unavailable that late in the day. They never apologized for breaking promised times nor for the additional day they had to hold my car. I eventually called the service center begging for a ride, since I was essentially stranded. They found someone who wasn't a driver to come pick me up. I find out later that they do have drivers who could have picked me up and dropped me off and I don't understand why I was told they did not have that. I would have put 1 star, but in the end they were helpful in finding someone to pick me up and drive to their location, so I am grateful for that at least.

I love my Infinity and our salesman Vern was terrific. Unfortunately I don't have the same fuzzy feelings with the service dept. They book too far ahead so if you have a severe problem..... they can't help you. We were fortunate that the Infinity service dept. in Ann Arbor was able to tow my car to their dealership due to a bad alternator. Right now I am trying to talk to someone in the Novi service dept. but the receptionist says that all the personnel in the service dept. are busy and she will take a message. After waiting about an hour I recalled Infinity and was able to leave a msg. on their voice mail and got a call back almost immediately. Thank you Mr. Parker.

Recently bought a 2012 Toyota RAV4 from Brian Hessling. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. I was a bit nervous as I have never bought a car from a dealership but I must say Brian truly broke the stereotype for me. He has made me a customer for life and I will definitely send my friends to buy a car from this great young man! Never buy a use car from them. THAY WILL LIE TO YOU. This is one dealership that i just needed to walk away from but i didn't and that's my problem now. If you do go to this place ask questions and keep asking them untill you get a answer. Buy fare the worst experience i have had. I shud of just walkway ; (
