I am sorry to hear about your bad experience. The gentleman in question is no longer working for us after receiving a few complaints. We were trying to help an acquaintance with a job. I the owner take pride in our customer service and these types of experiences will never happen again.

I like my remote car starter no issue at all with that but the customer service was the pitts!!! took them twice as long to install was told 3 hrs it took them 6 1/2hrs. I was told there would be no additional charge for the service when I went to pick up the car the older gentleman asked if I was told about the additional charge when I stated there was no additonal charge I was told to "relax" and when I asked for a reciept for the service the same gentleman threw his hands in the air and said "lady you didn't buy anything from us what do you want a reciept for" my eyes must have almost fallen out of my head he then said you got your reciept from groupon and the warranty is in the box in your car ( as if I knew the box was in car) he then picked up the phone and intercomed for someone else to assist me. at this point I was thrilled...lol a nice young man went through the demonstration for me but by this point I was already disgusted with this place....maybe he was having a bad day, but regardless I will not recommend this place

I tried to do business with these people but they are really rude! They even hung up while I was talking on the phone. My friend also had the same experience when his car was the only one in their shop and they left it and started buying food and chatting with each other. He was talking to them and they did not even reply to him. I also asked them about the coupon that I had and they said I need to pay $100 more

I had a great experience with That Stereo Shop. Jace answered all my questions before buying and scheduled me quickly. On my appointment day he gave me a call and said he had an earlier opening and asked if I wanted to come earlier. He also had me in and out in half the time he said it would take. Top notch work and I recommend them!!!

Guy on the phone did not care to make a sale, I wouldve been jumping all over the place trying to find boxes, amps and speakers for customers.. some people arent meant for the role
