My worst experience at a mazda dealership. the lead tech is avoiding my warranty and trying to make me pay for an obvious manufacture error. He also stumbled on what type of oil my car needed. Not much experience at this place. Avoid it for all service needs as they are just another stealership trying to make money off their customers.. UPDATE: I confirmed with another Mazda dealership in the area that Cochran in fact used the wrong oil for my car. Spend the extra 30 minutes and drive somewhere else, this is not a trustworthy dealership

Parking lot is difficult to get into, and the service department is not run well. I called ahead to make an appointment for my oil change, and was told that I could not make one because it was covered under "express" service. I arrived the next morning for my oil change, and I was asked if I had an appointment. Since I wasn't allowed to make an appointment, I did not. The service technician told me that since I did not have an appointment, it would be a couple hours. Which is time I did not have. They also over filled my oil last time I got it changed here. Probably will not be returning.
