Do not do buisness with Heritage Jeep Chrysler..Body shop !!!! A 7.5 job has taken 3 weeks and still not finished....and NO ANSWER TO WHEN IT WILL BE !!! WE CAN ALL THANK...BRIAN FADER....FOR THE TROUBLES...he apparently runs this circus.......a very Condescending man....who's on vacation and dosnt have time to be bothered by customer concerns or complaints !!!

Service dept does not care about your vehicle.They dinged my brand new cars door on the concrete pillar for the lift. Had me take it back to them for repair. The car sat on the lot for almost week UNLOCKED and untouched by the body shop. The car is highly sought out by thiefs and is well known to be stolen from car lots. I wanted to take my car back immediately after seeing this, however they tried telling me the keys were locked in the trailer they have and they couldnt open it because the guy who runs the trailer left for the night. Not acceptable at all. They somehow did get my keys after 10 minutes. I have an immediate family member who has worked here for over 25 years. If this is the service that i would receive i cant imagine what a regular customer experiences here. My family member talked to the manager and i was supposed to here back but never did. Ive been afraid to post a negative review because of having family work here but customers or potential customers should be warned.

I just want to give credit where credit is deserved. The service dept. at Heritage chryslerdodgejeepram in Parkville gave me an experience that was nothing short of excellant! Everyone there is very customer oriented> Service with a smile and complete explanations and information on the service being performed, with a job well done. I would like to give a special credit to Tom who was in touch with me continuously throughout this week long service appointment, all cost of which were covered under warranty. Tom was on top of my service while juggling a very busy dept. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made sure he handed over a perfectly serviced vehicle for which I also want to thank the mechanic for. I look forward to future service. PS- if Tom isn't the service mgr.,he should be. He handled difficulties that arose with complete attention and a smile. Thank you for all your help!

I spent an hour with my salesman Bruce Freeman and his Manager started my paperwork an had my car appraised. Had an appointment had 4 calls to confirm it. I was there on time after waiting an hour for a value on my trade. I told them to call me with total for sale so credit union would send ck. After leaving they called as I was just getting on beltway. Not with my total but to say they sent it to another one of there dealerships for another customer. Now in 20 min its sold they say. This is not the way to do business. I gave them 1 star but they do not deserve that. This is not the way to treat customers. Could this be because my credit union had much better rates an they would not get there cut. But beware I would not visit this dealership and expect curiosity of a fair deal.so they sent me a gripe from to fill out to correct the wrong that was done and guess what yup nothing happens here either. They sent a response that read they were glad it was corrected but in fact they did nothing to correct anything at all. Buyer be where not sure how the rest of there service works. Added this in 6/21/2019They have a gripe page after a week they send a response they are glad everything was settled but the fact is they did nothing. Months later and still no phone call. All promise and no follow up. Be ready for this type of service if you go there!
