I just took my Jaguar in to Jaguar / Land Rover of Hunt Valley because my navigation stopped working. The service team advised me that since Auto Nation purchased the dealership, they no longer had any loaner vehicles. The best they could do was pay a ride-share to drop me home. They originally thought they would need my car for only one day to address the navigation problem. Well, they ended up keeping my car for 8 days, again, without any offer to even pay for a rental vehicle for me. Thanksgiving did fall during that period so it was really 7 days. I guess Jaguar customers do not spend enough on cars to get any loaner or rental while their vehicle is being serviced, no matter how long it takes. So, after 7 days, I had to personally get involved for 3 hours over the phone to Jaguar corporate to help get my issue resolved. I do have to say that Leon, the shop foreman, was outstanding and patient in attempting to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, every time I take my car in to this dealership for service, it always takes days to complete whatever they need to do. Ultimately, my car is always repaired properly so that is a definite plus. I would say though that in the future, I will ONLY bring my car in to Jaguar / Land Rover of Hunt Valley if they commit to providing me a vehicle (loaner or rental on their dime) while my car is being serviced. And yes, my car is still under warranty.

I have NEVER dealt with a dealership that doesnt provide loaner cars. Benz gives loaner cars for oil changes. Dealing with this dealership is a hassle. An oil change takes FOREVER especially when you dont have a loaner car. As much as we paid for our Jaguar we now have to be inconvenienced for a minimum of 6 days because they do not provide loaners. We are looking to upgrade but I seriously doubt if well deal with Jaguar again. And yesthe FPace is still under warranty. Unless you have a spare car and lots of time I would proceed cautiously before dealing with this dealership.

Ive been a client of Land Rover Jaguar HV for years. Theyve actually improved during the transition to the new location. Theyve always gone above and beyond to make sure simple oil changes dont have me waiting too long, They do their best to offer loaners if they have them available as well. They offer Lyft service to and from your home if they dont have loaners for your service appointments. The sales team is also very nice. The service team really tries to make you feel so comfortable. Bill is the best! He is always honest and does his best to efficiently start and end the service appointment or during a lengthy duration for body work. The waiting area is fully stocked with beverages, snacks, tv, literature. Very quiet enough to take a nap.

Service Advisor (George) was very nice, but actual wait time was unacceptable. When my appointment was made, I was advised that the job was a 30 minute job and if I could arrive as soon as the dealership opened at 8:00 a.m. that I would be able to get in and out in a reasonable time. The appointment was for a Jaguar Recall. I did not get my vehicle until after 10:30 a.m.! I, along with several other customers were completely dissatisfied with the amount of time it took for the mechanics to complete our repairs. I will think twice before bringing my vehicle back to this Jaguar dealership for any service. They also attempted to sell me new tires. My vehicle is a 2018 with only 18,000 miles on the treads. I have plenty of tread on my current tires!
