Dont ever take your car to the service department at this location. Currently have a blown head gasket . Took my car to them to have the head gasket checked because of having coolant shooting out of the overflow . They reported everything was in good running condition. There was 10,000 miles between this happening . But my point of this review is there was a problem when I took it to get checked and theyre master mechanic said it was fine when it wasnt
I'm sorry, that is not the kind of experience we seek to provide. I apologize, the technician replaced the wrong bulb. I'm hoping our service department was able to rectify today. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Monday, Charged me for a bulb I knew was out for inspection. Was told it was ready, was rolling out when the tech waved me down. Saying he found a bulb on his workbench and needed to still do it. He put the "new bulb". I saw this morning, Thursday, that the bulb is out. Pulled it out myself. The old bulb was put back in. Called today, and was told they couldnt do anything today, couldn't say what they would do, and said I could call in the morning. I was told its my issue that I cant just leave work meetings to have then redo their shoddy work, and she was "trying her best and they dont even have any loaners." Not happy. If they can't change a headlight, can I trust them to do any real work on the car... Update: Went in today. Tech was good about it, but the service writer was not. Went in to day "Hey, I'm not happy, gow can we fix this so we are all good," and got to "I'm not hap...." before the service writer said "i know. We saw your reviews." No apologies, no sorry about the inconvenience. I felt like I was inconveniencing him for having to come back and get the job done right. I was shocked. I don't write reviews to personally attack, just to tell my story. Service was decent until now. Got along well with the lady service writer. Good service could have turned the crappy situation into a decent one, making the review better. Now I really don't want to come back. I'll have to visit other dealers for service from now on, due to the way the service writer acted today on top of everything else. It's a shame, I was eyeballing the Ascents as well. I may have to eyeball the Fords across the street instead.

So far so awesome! I love my new Subaru! I almost hit a little bear and it stopped! I love the way it drives, I love how the back seat goes back alittle so when my gran kids fall asleep they can rest. And so much more! Thank you
