Im sorry you were disappointed with your experience with our collision repair center. We try to do top-quality work for everyone, and Im sorry you and your mom left with a bad impression. I had a chance to check with our team and found out more about this circumstance. I can verify that your 2006 Land Rover LR3 came in for a bumper repair and noise. I can also see where our team diagnosed both the worn brakes and the slack in the wheel bearings. We made the best case we could to your insurance company, but because there was no evidence of an impact that would have created the problem with the bearing, they declined to cover it as part of this claim. The feedback we received was that the brake wear and wheel bearing was normal maintenance due to wear-and-tear for a 13-year-old vehicle. Im very sorry you are disappointed, and we hate to lose your business, but I dont see where we could have done anything different in this situation. We had a terrible experience with Land Rover of Nashville. After hitting a pot hole making a loud noise and having the car towed to Land Rover of Nashville our car sat there for 2 weeks. It was sent to the body shop and a new bumper installed. Turns out the body shop and the service department are separate. The problem was a loud noise while driving it. They said it was bad brakes pads and could not do anything about it under insurance . I took the car to budget brakes and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He was shocked that anyone did not see the wheel moving side to side. He worked it out with my insurance ( who covered the repair) and the car was repaired in one day. I spoke to the manager of Land Rover several times with no help. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership but never again. Poor service and poorly handled.

Usually Steeplechase Saturday is a very slow day at our store, and we had several of our people over at the race as part of our sponsorship. When we realized that Saturday was getting busy, Steven and Rich called them back to the dealership, but it sounds like it was too late to make a difference for you. Offering good service is important to us, and weve been adding team members as quickly as we can find them and get them properly trained. We also offer appointments for both sales and service, and there is definitely a benefit to having an appointment if you have time and inclination to set one up in advance. Went in to purchase a second new Landrover but waited over 2 hours for a salesman to acknowledge us although your receptionist pointed to a closed off waiting room with snacks & waters. We popped ourselves out a few times but nothing. We finally walked outside and one of the salesman said go ahead and test drive ? We did , alone and my husband had a few questions .... waited again and finally we left No one came back to us . Maybe you do appt only but then they should tell the buyer that ? Funny , we gave our contact info and no one called us. We felt , I guess they dont need our continued business ? Not the service we have ever received at Landrover .....very unprofessional and rude. Although , vehicles are very sporty & dependable they need to have more service associates on a Saturday ....Mercedes has our business now as well as Lexus Service and sales are amazing ! Landrover Service Department has always been great (4-5 ) but prices seem to be getting higher then the norm. For example , went in with my LR3 for free multinpoint check ? They suggested brakes and a leaking casket ? Local mechanic in reputable place did for $730 less ? Sadly , Landrover is outpricing their service department too while being short handed on the sales floor . Love our LR3 but due to lack of staff decided to try Mercedes .... we will miss Kevin in Service as well as all the other service teclhs .... Always welcoming, thorough and professional ....

11/15 update- to be fair, the new GM is just a stand up guy. As you read, our situation was terrible. I went in for scheduled maintenance and LR Nashville really worked hard to make our situation right. The gesture was well received. I think youve earned 4 stars! Thanks!!! **Update 9/24-Just received my truck back after another 3 weeks in the shop. This time the AC module went out. No loaner was available for nearly 2 weeks, but after labor day, LR quickly got me in and gave a full sized loaner. The dealership was nice enough to arrange my car for drop off. As an aside, I asked to have the truck detailed...but I guess there wasn't enough time. Oh well. As an aside...I had a conversation with the GM about replacing my truck. He said he would get back to me. He never did. I have mixed feelings about my vehicle. Purchased brand new and has been in the shop twice for the same issue with under 2500 miles. Locally, the dealership has done well with addressing my needs while being accommodating and pleasant. The buying experience was also very positive. Frustrated to spend the amount that I did for a car that has needed repairs twice.

Shane Lawson was absolutely great to do business with. This was the best and easiest experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.
Experience wasnt good. Bought new car for daughters college graduation. Power steering went out two weeks after purchase. After the new car has been in the shop for 3 weeks she shows up to pick up car we paid 85,000 for and its filthy. Also Leather seats were scratched and exterior paint was scratched. Also Vehicle had over 125 new miles on it since being towed in. After returning the car and complaining they did follow up with repairing the scratches and cleaning the vehicle. Thats why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
