Not a good place to buy a car false advertisement and they don't hold up on the word. i bought a car and I was trying to get my windows tinted and it said that on the paperwork but I had to wait almost 3 months before I got my windows done . it's a poor business. go somewhere else before you go community Chrysler.
The salesman was amazing but the service department is horrible. My husband and I bought a 2018 charger scat pack the sunroof had pieces fall off. We called and finally got an appointment just for them to keep it all day and do nothing but order parts and not call anyone to let them know. Instead we had to go and ask them what was going on and why we hadnt received a call yet. Then the guy assumed he was just keeping the car over night without a loaner car. Needless to say we got our car back and did not leave it there! Communication in their department needs some work.
