My first negative experience with Wilkins Hyundai, service for complete recall. Informed service advisor Carl Chanda, auto key sometimes does not work. Carl stated that he will replace the battery. He fail to inform me their will be a replace charge. In the future service advisors should inform customers of any charges before service, it's STATE LAW!
If you are buying/leasing a car here you are getting ripped off. They will not disclose details of their calculations and just say Hyundai only allows them to do certain things....just excuse for overpriced monthly payments based on full MSRP. Buy a Kia, same stuff, much better deals!

Got a Certified Used Hyundai Kona, basically brand new only 14605 miles on it. Went to the dealership knowing what I wanted and Sarge Sakinovis was there. I told him what I was looking for and immediately he pulled the car around, let me test drive it, and told me everything about it. He was so knowledgeable on the car and its features he could have probably built it from scratch. I went there with my dad since he was cosigning for me and Sarge made the process smooth and enjoyable, not to mention the excellent deal he gave me. You won't find another salesmen or dealership with these kinds of offers and service anywhere else. If you want a car for yourself or your son, daughter, niece, nephew, Wilkins is the Place, Sarge is the salesmen.

Had a great experience with Sarge. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but not overly "salesy" like car salespeople I have encountered at other places in the past. Would shop again.
i would recomend this dealership except it took the office (anna) almost a month to pay off the balance of my trade in.cashed my check and left my credit union hanging.!! the postive was ken and jim m. in sales were extremely helpfull and honest . i would buy my next car there. the service dept was very pleasing and explained all the work done.. i hope the owner tom wilkins reads this and will know what goes on in the office.
