UNPROFESSONAL Before I start this review, if you plan to purchase a vehicle from Yonkers Kia just go look at their Service Department. They have two garages, two lifts and no inventory. I say unprofessional is because of four points; 1. Got into a yelling match with the manager Darwin he actually told me F you. 2. The Service Department was installing my remote startup and alarm in the parking lot of restaurant next door. 3. Requested my money back for a hitch I no longer needed and got the run around. 4. Waiting on money being returned for signing over the title to our trade in car Now keep in mind the following all happened after I purchased the car of course. Look I have no problem with a dealership making a profit because if they didnt they wouldnt be in business, but if I purchased a car I should expect the service to follow.
Everybody here SUCKS from sales to service! When you need help, people get an attitude when you expect them to do their job. My truck was brought into service 4 times to repair the same problem. And on the fourth time, after waiting 2 weeks for the part to arrive, they wouldn't schedule me untill two weeks later. They wouldn't give me a priority schedule to fix a twenty minute problem after they already botched the job three times! Being at this dealership feels like being on an elementry school playground... SMH
I had a great experience at Yonkers KIA. I went into get info on my New KIA Sorento and i met with John Molina and he went above and beyond to help me and my family. After it was all said and Done I got to leave the Dealer with my new White Kia Sorento SX and my sister in law left with her KIA Opitma. So if you looking to get great service and a good deal i just suggest you go see John at Yonkers Kia. I also like to say Gina Me Melvin went to bat for me with the banks and got me a GREAT deal on my Sorento thank you all for the help and I will recommend that everybody looking for a new or used KIA come see you all at Yonkers KIA
I purchased a Kia Sorento, and I must say I was very pleased with the service. Rolando, the salesperson was very helpful and very informative. He answered all my questions and knew about each and everycar. I will definitely be going back to Yonkers Kia for my next car.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There was a Kia Sedona with very low mileage listed for a price below blue book value. We called and said we'd like to see it. We made an appointment with a sales representative and drove 50 minutes to make the appointment. When we arrived, they told us the van wasn't there; it was taken home by a manager. We said, have him drive it back. Then they said he was home sick. Seriously? I wonder if the van even exists or was used to lure people there. At the very least, if it wasn't fraud, it certainly is mismanagement. Yuck. We spent money on gas, tolls, and our time because they are unorganized. I wouldn't let them sell me a granola bar.
