I dropped my vehicle off in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be done around noon. I called at 1:30 as I hadnt heard back from the dealership. They said I would receive a call from the service department soon. I waited two hours and called again at 3:30. They transferred me around several times then I got a call from my service advisor while I was on hold. He said my vehicle will be done shortly and I can head over to the dealership. He ran the vehicle through the wash for me at the end, but it seemed like a long time for fairly routine service in my opinion. Everything else was ok.

Excellent customer service. Quality of service was okay. Took quite a while to perform, but expected. Setup for 45,000 mile service. Left with a pretty stiff bill wasnt expecting but willing to pay to keep my car in top shape. Transmission fluid change, brake fluid change, alignment, and rotation. Tire sensor relearn was not completed. Will have to perform on my own since I wont have the time to return. All and all, good service and consistent documentation to keep precise service records. Will continue to service my vehicle with Mohawk Chevrolet, but do look very forward to the opening of the malta location.

Had a scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Ended up waiting almost 2 and a half hours but had expected it to be half that time. But on a positive note everyone I dealt with was great.
