The products tend to be of good quality. Shipping is fairly slow and good luck with customer service on the phone. Half of the time they'll just hang up on you in the middle of a support call.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a complete brake rebuild it from JBugs. I received a package 1 week later with 3 items missing. I called the phone number and they immediately said I was missing the master cylinder and the front brake lines. Why would they not have put that on the paperwork or emailed me to say that the items were out of stock. Were they hoping that I wouldn't notice? So I had them refund my money. I will not order from them again.
Bought a Bug and a friend recommended jbugs. Sadly not so good. Ordered my parts and got no confirmation # no invoice no nothing. I had to call to make sure my order was placed. Got all but one part had to call again to find out it was on back order. Ok I believe everyone should get a second chance. I ordered a carpet kit and some miscellaneous stuff. Mark was very helpful and I got all the stuff in a decent time frame. Mark talked me out of the standard carpet kit and told me to order the premium. I am really glad he did. Thank you Mark and Jbugs
Ordered a LED whip kit in May. After a month they sent me a whip with no wiring and no controller. Long story short after lots of back and forth and empty promises I cant even get a reply back from them anymore.
