I came here for a simple oil change and tire rotation on a 2010 Honda with 42,000 miles. First of all, the advisor suggested I get the 105,000 mile service, since the car was so old, and quoted me $700, for that! I declined, of course. Then, he wrote on my form, that I would be picking it up at 7:00 pm, which was something I did not think to check, until the other customer in the waiting area asked me what time they had put on the requisition form. I had made arrangements with my advisor to text me when it was done, and gave him my phone number. I talked to the women at the Service desk, who looked totally stupefied, and said there was nothing they could do about it! Id have to ask my Advisor, who was nowhere to be found. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting, I finally said, rather loudly, Where is my car, is somebody joy riding with it? Then, suddenly my Advisor showed up, and started looking into it. It was parked behind 3 rows of cars that had to be moved before they could get it out, from what I could gather. Four hours later, I was finally released from this prison! I have been to plenty of other large repair facilities, where the employees are actually able to communicate with each other via phone or intercom. This place seemed to have no means of communicating between service desk, advisors, mechanics! Other customers were also commenting on how many employees seemed to just be wandering around. I will never come here again, and if this was the only repair facility for Hondas in Santa Cruz County, I wouldnt buy a Honda either!
