It really is a shame. You can have a bad/good experience depending on who you talk to that day. I happened to get Rob Young in service, and he is a crook. Typical fast-talking, fast-moving, good-guy/bad-guy routine. His approach to custom service is to create chaos and anxiety, which lures people into making an emotional decision instead of a logical one. Typical commission-based attitude. He doesn't realize that he just lost hundreds of customers via 'word-of-mouth' over $100. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Regal Honda.
Service Department is an absolute rip-off. We purchased the vehicle at this location and our experience with the shop only guarantees that we will never purchase another from them. They know we are taking the vehicle out of town so are trying to put us over a barrel when comparable cost from another show are over 30% less. The absolute best part is that they are charging us 100.00 to give us an estimate. This place is the reason dealership shops have the reputation they do. Ohh and as another user mentioned we were privileged enough to work with Rob Young who at this point is costing his employer more business than he provides.
The owner, Mr. Campisi was so good to help me get my spare key after I bought a one year old Honda Civic. If you have any trouble with anything, leave him a message on his "talk to the owner" page. I got my spare key the same day I left him a message. Christina Meyer

Terrible service! Had an appointment for an oil change scheduled at 3:30 pm with Ray. Came in at 3:20 and Ray was busy, so another lady took my info down. Waited about an hour and a half and knew something was up. At 5:00 I asked another employee what the status was on my car and he said it was still getting work done! I didn't realize an oil change took 1.5+ hours! At this moment he told me to talk to someone else to find out if it was close to being done. I went to go find this other employee and couldn't find him so I asked a different employee this time. He directed me to the checkout employee and she said the same thing that "my car was still getting work done". At this point I was pretty frustrated. I wait probably 30 minutes more and FINALLY an employee named Bobby came and said my car was almost done and it was getting the car wash. Waited 10 minutes more and finally it was done! At this point I had been sitting in Regal for around 2.5 hours and frustrated finally checked out. I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change and the employee charged me for $29.99. I was so frustrated I didn't even think to tell her that I had the coupon so I left the place, paid $10 more for a 2.5 hour OIL CHANGE. Since when does it take 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change that could easily take only 30 minutes. Next time I will just change my oil myself and forget about Regal Honda! Thanks for the terrible service!
