The first time I took my car there, there was a traffic jam and I was told my OIL CHANGE would take 3 hours! I ended up leaving. The second time I tried to schedule an oil change (today) I made the appointment online. I was called a few hours later and told the advisor will be out tomorrow (Wednesday) and I would have to be rescheduled to NEXT WEEK (not Thursday). Two strikes and you're out guys! If you want to understand how to run a business, give me a call otherwise, Ill be surprised if you are in business in a year. As for me, I'm driving 30 minutes to Bob Baker tomorrow where I know I can get excellent service

I have been to several dealerships today and This was by far the worst experience today. I wanted to know more about these cars cause I am In the market for a new one. I walked around their lot for like 30 minutes and no one even greeted me to see if I had any questions or to see how they could help. If this is how their coustmer service is I don't want to buy a car here or will I ever return. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I bought a Subaru Forester right before Thanksgiving, and it was the BEST car-buying experience I've ever had. I usually liken car buying to root canals--painful, long and expensive. But these guys were low pressure and listened what I wanted/needed. Andy and Jon really took care of me (the guy in the financial office was awesome, too!). I've had my car for almost 6 weeks now and I LOVE it! The car is a safe, smooth ride, good on gas, and the price didn't break the bank. I was a Toyota person before, but I have made it to the Subaru side. I would highly recommend this dealership--great experience from start to finish!

My wife and I had a great experience here, especially compared to other Subaru dealers in San Diego. Internet salesman Tim and I corresponded over email to nail down the purchase price on a 2014 Crosstrek, which was very good. We had a trade-in that we were looking for a particular number on, which the manager John matched with no hassle at all. Working with Andy at the dealership for paperwork was quick and easy, and after getting in around 12:30pm, they made the dealer trade and had our car ready to go by 5:30pm the same day. The whole process was very low-key, everyone was respectful and transparent, and we're very happy we decided on getting the Crosstrek from Kearny Mesa Subaru.

I have been to this dealership a few times, but my breaking point was this past week. I casually went in during the week with the intent on purchasing a new or used car. I was astonished on how many salesman passed my boyfriend and I without any intention of helping us. We wandered the lot for 30 minutes, and even passed a group of 4 guys chatting with each other. Not even a "hello" or a nod. It finally got to a point where we were standing right in front of the door, and still no sign of life. Finally a gentleman came out (must have gotten the short stick), and was very uninterested in helping me. I get it - I'm a 26 year old woman - I don't look like someone that knows their cars, or who would be investing in one. Word of advice: don't tell your customer that they should consider looking at a cheaper car, or one with much less power because "are you sure you need that much power?" It's amazing how fast you guys lost a potential $25-30k sale from me. I certainly won't be coming back ever again.
