DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I returned my Maserati to them when the lease was up..they came and picked it up the guy was helpful and very thorough...I had not given the guy the second key totally my fault...The guy called from the dealership after they did their inspection of the car and said the car looks good but the battery is shot and needed to be replaced and i was missing a key fab...He informed me that he was going to replace the battery at my cost (as it should be) and said if i got the key to him in the next couple days they wouldn't have to charge me for it and the cost was going to be $400...i was out of town at the time and he said "i will send someone to the house to pick it up, no problem" i said thats great i appreciate it...I made plans to have someone put it in the mailbox for them so they could grab it...When i returned from my trip the key fab was still in the mailbox i called and left a message...never heard back...fast forward a month after i returned the car i get a invoice from Ally saying there was damage to the car and no second key fab and they were going to have to charge me $110 for a right rear wear...$1000 for missing keys!!! (which i gave them one of them) and $425 to replace a tire for a total of $1,535... so needless to say I have contacted them multiple times to try and get this cleared up...Nothing was happening so finally got the General Manager on the phone and he basically told me i was beat and they were helping with any of it... I don't believe thats how business should be done so needless to say i will be taking my business elsewhere... My recommendation is for potential buyers to buy a Porsche or Mercedes Benz instead... stay away
Literally sent the car off to auction 30 minutes before I got there, while I was on my way there to see it WITH a appointment. Drove over an hour, wasted gas, and wasted my whole day and they didnt even care a bit. Then they told me the only possible way to see the vehicle was for them to run my credit, and purchase it without ever laying eyes on it. Who buys a car without ever getting to even see it first? Horrible customer service.
Well first, to start, lets talk about the greetings & hospitality! We felt so welcomed the minute we walked though the door! We met with Eddie Somers, our salesperson for our Appt which literally was within minutes! The showroom was spectacular, clean and beautiful obviously with all of the Maseratis there. We cannot thank Eddie and the dealership enough for the expedient, efficient purchase experience! ** Well, please note I wasnt exactly there to get a Maserati , not at that level quite yet (lol)...but I LOVE my Range Rover LR4! Thank you Maserati of Wilmington Pike!
My daughter bought her first car from Deneen at Maserati. She bought a 2013 Volkwagen Tiguan and we couldn't be happier. Deneen was absolutely the best salesperson we ever worked with. The VW had a mechanical issue that was noticed before we took ownership and Deneen and the dealership took care of without any questions asked. I will always buy my cars from Deneen and Maserati of Wimington Pike and highly recommend them to everyone!
Bought a 2015 Pathfinder from Maserati of Wilmington Pike. While my salesman was top-notch, the dealership itself was not. My Pathfinder had the following issues not noticed during test drive: roof antenna missing, passenger reclining knob missing, and the key to open door (it uses an intelligent key, so key only necessary if fob not working) ISN'T THE RIGHT KEY!!!! I have to go to dealership and get a key made as well as buy an antenna. For a Maserati dealership, I would think these issues would be resolved before selling a vehicle. My salesman on the other hand, Eddie Somers, was excellent! He was very easy going and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Took the car for a lengthy test drive, easy negotiations, and a great overall experience with him. Would recommend Eddie to anyone looking to purchase a car through this dealership, but buyer beware of buying a used car from them!!
