I just had bought my truck 3 months ago and had to bring it in to get serviced after a month, than had to bring it back a month later for a huge repair when I feel that should of been part of the inspection before selling the vehicle! When I had asked if we could spilt the cost that wasnt an option. I am thankful they offered to help with a very small portion of the bill which was better than nothing however that weekend before picking it up I had gotten a 10% coupon on any service in the mail, they would not honor that coupon it would of been a $570.00 savings on my end which wouldnt be much to a big dealership. Very wonderful customer service at the service desk however they do not make the decisions on the financial end.

We came in on days off, had excellent communications in three different ways with you, and all worked very very hard to get you into the Tahoe. We wanted to be able to help you very very much. We appreciate you giving us a try and are happy you found something else that worked for you as well

My family drove four hours roundtrip to seek out a new Chevrolet Tahoe at Zumbrota Chevrolet. My husband and I loved the vehicle, and pursued moving forward with it. By the time we wouldn't secured financing, the banks were no longer open. We would've happily driven back to sign papers and collect the vehicle later that week. Rather than checking in with us the next day, we were ignored, calls and e-mails went unanswered. I have never dealt with a dealership with such lackluster customer service. It felt as if I was bothering them in my attempts to buy a new vehicle. We instead purchased a new Ford Expedition, Timberline edition.
The service department was able to get my vehicle in right away and complete the repairs quickly so I could be on my way again. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.
We are sorry to not have any fluent Spanish speaking sales-staff, Panda. That being said, we are all always willing to use the translation tools available to assist you in any vehicle needs you have!

Stacy - your negative review sticks out like a sore thumb within our ratings, and we all immediately took action this morning! We reviewed your experience with us, from your first email inquiry at the beginning of June through just the other day. We are sorry you feel like we're hovering and impeeding on your space... but truly- we were told you were in a hurry! Your initial emails back & forth with Shaunte mention you were only located here temporarily & looking for a custom built truck within the next month..We feel MORE sorry for you on behalf of the other Chevy dealers that didn't respond to your internet inquiry at ALL - we know thats the world of poor customer service that we're all drowning in since Covid, and we work hard to maintain our respectful, helpful customer service - doing our best to make sure everyone gets all their questions answered and doesn't fall into the cracks. (hence the rest of our 5-stars) After many meaningul truck-build spec conversations back and forth for a few weeks, it looks like Shaunte went a week without hearing from you and, of course, she was worried our emails weren't reaching you during your pressing search for a truck. After a few tries, you did let her know you were on vacation until a specific date- which she noted and didn't try reaching you again until many days beyond that specific date. Again, we're sorry our conversations took a turn somewhere from helpful to bothersome to you- we are truly not here to nag you - what good does it do for us to talk to you when you no longer want to be talked to!? If you no longer want our help- all you had to do was say so, friend! If you're still intending to build the truck you need, you know where to find us :)

Inquired about a new chevy truck to three dealerships in the area, the other two have called and asked questions, sent me over some emails and when I told them I would be in contact if I found anything I was interested in they said to take our time as a brand new truck is an investment and give them a call when ready. Haven't heard from them since unless I have called. However Shaunte at Flagship has not stopped calling. At first it was multiple texts and voice-mails a day, then down to once a day, finally I answered to let her know that I was in Mexico for a few weeks on vacation and I would contact her if we found something we are interested in and here she is calling again! I have even blocked the number but she just calls from different lines. Do yourself a favor and do not give them your phone number, I would never buy something from a dealership that is so pushy. I also told her I was only interested in certain engines and she even pushed back on that conversation with how I should talk to a salesman about the differences. I have worked on chevys for the last 10 years. I know what I want. I can't speak for the whole staff but this lady does not know how to communicate respectfully.
