I always use Google reviews to help me decide which businesses to patronize. For that reason, I chose Beal's for body repairs after being in an accident. They did an excellent job on my body work, it looked great! However, something went wrong with the wiring while my car was in their possession. I took it back a couple of times asking them to resolve the problem and they claimed that it must have been already like that. There is a battery drain that I never had before they worked on it. Even after the accident, my car was in my driveway for 3 weeks while I waited for the insurance company to send an appraiser. Then when the tow truck came to take my car to Beal's, I started it up, and drove it onto the tow truck. No problem. Since the repairs at Beal's, I have always had some kind of wiring problem and I can NEVER let my car sit for more than two days, or it will not start without a jump. It has been a couple of years and I have been through 3 Costco batteries during that time. When Beal's worked on my car, the wiring they did (most likely while replacing the passenger door) messed up my car and they refused to take care of the problem they caused. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I recently went to Beals to get an estimate on my truck that apparently was hit while it was parked unoccupied. Oscar quickly greeted me as I pulled into the drive thru estimate shop. I showed him the area on the truck and how my passenger door couldnt open without hitting the front fender. He invited me to their waiting area inside while he and another technician looked it over. A few minutes later Oscar came got me and showed me that the door could now open correctly!! Without hitting the front fender. He advised me of what to do with the minor paint that was being rubbed off every-time the door would open. I was so relieved!!!! Beals is an honest to goodness business who has quality people working there. If you find yourself in need of estimates/ body work its worth checking this business first!

This is 2nd time I've used Beal's, both times the vehicle service was good, employees seemed happy, helpful and friendly. The one drawback was both times the vehicle wasnt done on time and on one occasion I didn't find out it would be delayed until I called asking for an ETA.
