This place has the absolute worst service department Ive ever seen! They never answer the phone and on the rare occasion they do youre told appointments are backed up for 2 months. They also close at 5 ( most service departments are open till 6 or 6:30) and theres no appointments after 2:30. The manager is absolutely RUDE and will belittle and make excuses instead of owning up to their issues. I bought 2 vehicles from here in the past and will not be setting foot in this business again. I will be taking my business to Towbin Kia who actually cares for their customers.

"Holy Cripes!!! What an awesome experience! " I am what you could call, needy. I researched the Kia of my dreams, the Kia Soul Exclaim in Titanium Grey and found that the closest one to me was at Jim Marsh. Being that I live in Arizona, I had about a zillion questions on buying a car out of state, financing, obtaining the vehicle, the meaning of life- you get the picture. From start to finish, I was BLOWN away by the level of customer service I received. Not that fake we want to sell you a car customer service. It was genuine and you could feel it. Thank you a zillion times to Stephanie, Rosemary, Cash (literally THE man!) and Shawn in finance for making this experience so awesome!

What a terrible experience. The car is amazing and Perry you were a great salesman, but good lord everything else has been horrible. After settling on a price we come in for them to try to offer us a higher price before we signed with a different salesman. After going back and forth for 45 minutes they finally go back to the price we had in writing in the first place. Then they told us to wait for finance to sign. This lady Amy King had us sitting there and waiting for another hour just to sign the paperwork (nobody was in her office). This lady was very rude when we were handing over such a large sum to her company. Didn't go out of her way to explain anything, argued with us about the process (which she was incorrect about), and then sent us home telling us we could call some 1-800 number (that she did not provide) to change something she could of just done in the first place. She also had the audacity to tell my husband that he was "risking his wife's safety" by not purchasing kia's add-on optional purchase gap insurance. How does that make sense? We bought the car at the price we agreed on with the agreement that we could get remote start installed. They told us it would take 3 days to get the part in. Bobette called us 2 WEEKS later to say the part was in. When we show up to get it installed we dropped the keys and left only to be called back 5 minutes later and told the part was never in, it is not even at any of the distributors to ship out, and they have no idea when they will ever get it in. Who doesn't check to see if they have the part when they make the appointment to have it installed? WHAT A SCAM. We only bought that car at that price because of the remote start and now we are left never knowing when we will ever get it. And did they offer us anything in exchange for all of this hassle? Definitely not. Buyers beware. You'll get a nice car, but forget the service.
