The service department is the worst I've ever experienced. They held my car hostage for 5 days for a simple battery issue and I have still not had it returned. They made it almost impossible to call and get a status. When I did manage to get through (one time I waited 35 mins on hold) they repeatedly complained at how busy they are and were generally rude. They even hung up on me when I expressed frustration. I don't complain usually or like to cause a stir but I strongly recommend you do not use their service department. Ever.
Had one of the best car shopping experiences at this location! I came in early Saturday morning and Francisco Rangel helped us throughout the whole process. He made sure to go over all of our options to fit our needs and budget. The process was easy and as quick as it could be. Definitely recommend going to Francisco as he will work with you to make sure you leave a happy customer.
