Not happy with experience. Nor with aggressive sales pursuit after deciding not to buy, which resulted in several runs of credit and attempts at financing said vehicle we did not want. Nothing like having to make corrections to your credit rating after an experience like this. Likely done with chrysler as all the dealerships we visited acted the same way, or they would do unauthorized work (royal gate can still go choke on one)

Horrible service. Had to travel back for things promised to us at the sale several times. We bought a vehicle with less than 40k miles, and 20k later we have had to make $12,000 in repairs. Their vehicles are trash, the service is horrid. Never will I buy from them again.

No one lied. He may not have explained it to you clearly enough, but he told you the truth. Remember, you have the wrong bumper on ur vehicle, and you have your park assist sensors zip tied to it. The tech put a lot of time into trying to figure out what (else) was wrong with ur vehicle, but with mismatched equipment different than the OEM, it just takes a LOT longer. I was flat out lied to my face about something they told me over the phone. I was charged a full flat rate charge of $120 for them to walk around my truck and tell me it can't be fixed, which shouldn't have taken any competent person more than five minutes to complete. Dealers have completely lost the will to have decent customer service because I guess they feel as though we have no other choice but to use them. Well I certainly will not be using this dealer for anything else in the future.
