Four reviews and all but one are zeros. That says something very important. The service director is a jerk with no people skills at all. Was rude to my wife and I and we are disabled and he had no class enough to greet us. All he did was drink his coffee eat his danish and give us some bullshit story about how he has no control that your car will be taken care of. All he kept telling us was things happen, things happen. He sounded like a broken record who did not care ' to reassure the people who pay his check. Bob Crown Sr. needs to get rid of this looser so that he can reclaim his brand as a first class dealership. Good luck with this looser service advisor or whatever his title is. All he can say is I worked for over twenty years and things happen. When you don't care, things happen. It's your fault for not caring for the company you work for. It will be a happy day for all customers when you are finally found out that you have been nothing but a liar and probably only have less than five years experience. Your record speaks for itself. Have a nice day and hopefully you won't be working there much longer. Sincerely, John Wise
I bought a 2009 Jeep Rubicon from Crown Dodge. Possibly the worst mistake Ive ever made, I should have read the reviews before going here. The Sales Manger said many times that this Jeep was a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle and that they had spent $2,000 having it Certified. Turns out it was not a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. He also agreed to giving me $3,000 off sticker price, then changed the contract to $2,000 off with out me catching it until to late. This Jeep Rubicon broke down the first day driving it. Transfer case shifting cable broke first time used, bad oil lead and a bad oil press sending unit. Took it to a mechanic and found to be unsafe to drive. Broken rear axle track bar bracket. Dislocated left rear coil spring on axle. Rear Sway Bar rubbing through the break line. Wheel lug nuts way undersized for rims. Unsafe wheel spacers on oversize tires. After going back to Crown Dodge about 20 times and hiving this Jeep in their shop 3 times I don t feel it s safe to have them work on it. They did offer to take it back as a trade in, where I would be losing about $9,000 after only owning it for a few weeks. I had it towed to the dealership in Simi Valley, they looked at it and said they did not want to get involved, too many unsafe problems! Now its been sitting in my driveway for 3 weeks unsafe to drive. My Dream Jeep turned into a Nightmare and I m lucky to be alive. Crown Dodge should be shut down, check out other reviews and you will see why.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I went to a few other dealerships before I ended up at this one and I am so glad I ended up here! All the employees I dealt with while buying my new Jeep were fantastic and nice. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone who wants a good deal without the BS. Thank you again!
Professional, not pushy or too macho (we girls don't like that), listens to his customer's needs, knowledgeable of his inventory and a really nice guy!
One of their guys responded to my classified ads posing as a private party buyer. After agreeing on a price, he asked me to drive all the way out there so "his friend at his mechanic shop" could take a look at it. I went to the address and to my surprise pulled up at the crown dealership and found my private party buyer was really a dealer buying my car for the dealership to sell. Of course the mechanic made up 6 things that needed repairing and offered 2,000 less than what we agreed upon. Needless to say, I didn't even reply and left.
