Recently had Stratus do apartment turn cleans for a few of my properties and was blown away with how awful my experience was. First off, the cleaning is sub par and they did not hit what was requested initially. This wasnt as big of a deal to me given its pretty simple to wipe a few things down. The biggest concern is that when I would go through apartments that had been cleaned I notice refrigerators were unplugged with pools of water beneath from the ice buckets thawing, bathroom ceiling exhaust fan covers sitting on the counter tops not put back on or hanging from a wire, and finally I was checking in on the last property the completed and as I pulled up the door was propped completely wide open. These guys are unprofessional, lack major communication, and over promise and under deliver on every aspect. I have used them in the past with minor issues. Will never use them again after this horrendous experience. Javier their operations manager provides nothing other than agreeing and not delivering. I was expected to meet the cleaners while in the past a representative from Stratus would meet me with the cleaners to go over the job. After all of this they quit saying they are not capable of completing the job. I am now left with putting on the hat of cleaning crew because of this unprofessional team.

Stratus Building Solutions Has worked for some of my business associates and done nothing but exemplary service. Their team was on time and efficient as they worked through the building and left all of my clients happy and appreciative. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for quality cleaning services for your office building, no matter the size. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Stratus team did phenomenal work with disinfection and cleaning for places that really needed that service. Again, I would recommend them to anyone.
